Rudy's Hideaway will be this year's safe haven for the annual Holiday Luncheon of retired DOJ Special Agents. On Monday, Dec. 14, in Rancho Cordova (Sacramento County), the restaurant will be the site of good cheer and great stories that gain new luster with each passing year.
Last year's Holiday Luncheon drew retired agents from around the nation. Retired DOJ Special Agent Bob Luca, the founder and host of this yearly gathering, encourages interested retired Agents to sign up by Dec. 5. Seating is limited to 50 people. Retired Agents interested in attending should make their $20 check payable to Bob Luca and mail it to him at P.O. Box 5314 El Dorado Hills, CA 95762.
Please note your entree choice on the check or in a note to Luca. The entree choices are:
- Prime rib sandwich with french fries
- Grilled salmon with rice pilaf and vegetables
- Chicken marsala with rice pilaf and vegetables
- Vegetarian pasta
The event starts with an 11 a.m. social hour, followed by lunch at noon. Rudy's Hideaway is located at 12303 Folsom Blvd., Rancho Cordova, CA 95742. The phone number there is (916) 351-0606. Driving east, take Highway 50 to the Hazel Exit and turn right on Folsom Blvd.
