CAUSE MOU Bill Passes Assembly Public Employees, Retirement and Social Security Committee - UPDATE
AB 1373 – CAUSE MOU – will be heard on the Assembly Floor on either Wednesday or Thursday, July 13 or 14, respectively
AB 1373 had originally been scheduled to be heard on Monday, the 11th, but was pushed back three days because the Legislature is taking somewhat of a break after passing the State’s Budget close to on time. The Legislature is currently scheduled to have their last Floor Session on Thursday July 14, before they go on their month-long summer break starting the 15th. Because the remaining Legislative calendar is fairly light they may decide to leave a day earlier pushing the currently scheduled Floor Session up one day to Wednesday. We will have more accurate information on Monday or Tuesday of next week.
